  • REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: First of all, I want you to love my art.  Each piece is handcrafted by me and  I stand behind my work 100%. If you encounter a problem with your purchase please contact me so we can work it out.  I will gladly offer a refund or exchange depending on the issue and your wishes.  Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days of the order date.  Refunds will be in the form used for payment (PayPal, Credit/Debit card, Check) shipping charges are non-refundable.  Exchanges are for the exact item purchased.  The item for return/exchange must be returned prepaid (preferably in the original packaging) prior to the replacement item being shipped or refund given.  In the case of an item exchange, I will pay to ship the replacement.  

 

 

  • SHIPPING: I do ship Internationally to Canada.  DOMESTIC shipping now has a FREE option for orders $35 and up, this does include Alaska and Hawaii.  I ship mainly through the USPS so PO Boxes are perfectly acceptable addresses.  If you choose to pay for shipping:  Shipping charges vary by region and by weight.  I have set up my site with calculated shipping to give you the best deal possible.   INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (Canada only):  Price is determined by size, weight and region.  Customs and any duties that may be added prior to delivery are the responsibility of the purchaser and not included in the shipping charge, research any fees applied to International purchases in your area prior to ordering.   WORLDWIDE shipping is currently only available through my Etsy store, I have supplied a link to my Etsy shop in the menu at the top of every page.

  

 

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT:   I AM CURRENTLY IN HOLIDAY SURVIVAL MODE :)  Orders will be filled on weekends and ship the following Monday.  If circumstances exist making this impossible I will email you with the new shipping estimate and offer the opportunity to refund the order if you so choose.  This rarely happens, but occasionally my supplies may be back-ordered or, gasp!, I may have an equipment failure. If you have a special situation (a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion) and you require faster shipping, contact me.  If possible I will make an exception and squeeze you in on one of my "off press" days.

  

 

  • CONTACT/COMMUNICATION:   I make every effort to reply to every email, voice mail, or Facebook post within 72 hours max.  Usually I respond the same day (but we all have days when we just have to unplug).  If you haven't received a reply in that time frame, chances are I did not get your message, or my reply went into your spam folder - take a peek.  If my shop is down for maintenance, or a temporary break I may not contact you during that time depending on the circumstances of the break/closure.

 

 

  • PRIVACY POLICY:  I never sell customer information to anyone, ever.  I sell art and reproductions - NOT information.  Mailing list information is used solely by me for informative and advertising purposes.  Payment information is encrypted and processed directly through my payment gateway - it is not personally handled by me or available to me.  Any questions regarding your information and it's use may be directed to me through my contact page.

 

 

        ·   PAYMENTS:  I accept payments through a square integration for credit/debit cards.  PayPal is also offered for your convenience.  If you are              not comfortable using the credit card check out, feel free to mail a check or money order to complete your purchase (USA customers only).              Orders paid by check or money order will experience a slight delay while payment is sent, once your payment arrives your order will                        be filled and shipped.  Thank you!
