Shipping, Returns, Privacy Policy

  • REFUNDS/EXCHANGES: First of all, I want you to love my art.  Each piece is handcrafted by me and  I stand behind my work 100%. If you encounter a problem with your purchase please contact me so we can work it out.  I will gladly offer a refund or exchange depending on the issue and your wishes.  Refunds & exchanges should be made within 30 days.  Refunds will be in the form used for payment (PayPal, Credit/Debit card, Check) shipping charges are non-refundable.  Exchanges are for the exact item purchased.  The item for return/exchange must be returned prepaid (preferably in the original packaging) prior to the replacement item being shipped or refund given.  In the case of an item exchange, I will pay to ship the replacement.  

 

 

  • SHIPPING: I do ship worldwide.  Shipping varies by region and by weight.  I have set up my shipping rates to be as accurate as possible.  I do understand that occasionally you may be overcharged for shipping.  If that is the case, I will refund any excess shipping charges if you are overcharged by $1 or more, with a minimum shipping charge of $2.50.  If you are under charged for shipping I will pay the extra.

  

 

  • ORDER FULFILLMENT:   Since each item is made by me (and there is only one of me) orders are fulfilled within 3 business days of being placed (business days being M-F except national holidays).  If circumstances exist making this impossible I will email you with the new shipping estimate and offer the opportunity to refund the order if you so choose.  This rarely happens, but occasionally my supplies may be backordered or, gasp!, I may have an equipment failure. If you have a special situation (a birthday, anniversary, or other special occasion) and you require faster shipping, contact me.  If possible I will make an exception and squeeze you in on one of my "off press" days.

  

 

  • CONTACT/COMMUNICATION:   I make every effort to reply to every email, voice mail, or Facebook post within 48 hours max.  Usually I respond the same day (but we all have days when we just have to unplug).  If you haven't received a reply in that time frame, chances are I did not get your message, or my reply went into your spam folder - take a peek.  If I will be unavailable for contact longer than 72 hours I will post that on my site and Facebook as well.

 

 

  • PRIVACY POLICY:  I never sell customer information to anyone, ever.  I sell art and reproductions - NOT information.  Mailing list information is used solely by me for informative and advertising purposes.  Payment information is encrypted and processed directly through my payment gateway - it is not personally handled by me or available to me.  Any questions regarding your information and it's use may be directed to me through my contact page.
